BKids
Bkids is a vibrant and engaging ministry where kids can grow in their faith while feeling loved and supported. There are many ways to serve and make a difference!

In Childhood Ministry, you can care for babies in the Nursery, lead engaging lessons as a Classroom Leader, or assist with activities as a Classroom Helper.

In Elementary Ministry, you can build relationships and guide discussions as a Small Group Leader or bring energy to large group teaching through storytelling, skits, and worship in the Large Group Experience.

For those passionate about inclusivity, the Special Needs Ministry offers the role of Buddies, providing one-on-one support to ensure every child feels valued and included.

No matter where you serve, you have the opportunity to make an eternal impact and help shape the next generation of faith-filled difference makers!
Bethany Students
In Student Ministry, every Difference Maker plays a vital role in helping our middle school and high school students know God, live free, and step into who He’s created them to be. Whether you’re leading a small group, greeting students at the door, prepping or providing meals and snacks, running check-in, or supporting behind the scenes, you’re creating an environment where students feel seen, valued, and loved.

You don’t have to be an expert—just someone willing to show up consistently and care. Your presence, encouragement, and faith can shape a student’s life in ways that last far beyond Wednesday nights. If you’re looking for a meaningful way to invest in the next generation, there’s a place for you here.
Hospitality
Our Hospitality Ministry exists to create a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience for everyone who attends Bethany—whether it’s their first visit or their hundredth. Every role matters, and together, these teams help people feel seen, valued, and at home from the moment they arrive.

Some of our hospitality roles interact directly with guests and help shape the tone of their entire experience. Difference Makers who serve here bring energy, warmth, and connection. Serving on the front lines includes greeting guests as Parking Guides, welcoming them at the doors as Entry Door Greeters, creating a friendly environment as Café Hosts, assisting families at Children’s Check-In, offering guidance and support as Connection Central Hosts, and helping guests find their seats and feel comfortable as Sanctuary Ushers and Attendants. Each of these roles plays a part in helping people feel cared for and connected right from the moment they arrive.

Behind-the-scenes Difference Makers help prepare and support the environment that makes ministry possible. These roles may not always be visible, but their impact is felt by everyone who walks through our doors. This includes brewing and restocking coffee, prepping café supplies, cooking breakfast for our worship and staff teams, resetting and preparing the sanctuary before services, and keeping essential resources organized and ready. Though much of this work happens quietly, it sets the stage for everything guests experience on a Sunday.

Whether you serve out front or behind the scenes, every Hospitality Difference Maker contributes to the same goal: creating a place where people can encounter Jesus and community in a warm, welcoming space. Your service matters—deeply—and we couldn’t do ministry without you.

Facilities
Our Facilities Team plays a crucial role in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for everyone who steps onto our campuses. This team serves through a wide range of practical, hands-on responsibilities that make ministry possible week after week. Facilities Difference Makers help with building maintenance, basic repairs, grounds care, and landscaping—ensuring that everything from our walkways to our worship spaces are well cared for and inviting.

Whether you’re fixing, cleaning, organizing, or supporting special projects, your work helps create a space where people can focus on worship, community, and growing in their faith. This is a behind-the-scenes ministry with a front-and-center impact, and every task contributes to helping others experience excellence and hospitality the moment they arrive.
Worship
Our Worship Team brings together a variety of roles that work in harmony to help our church lift up the name of Jesus. From vocalists to instrumentalists—including drums, bass, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, and piano/keyboard—each person uses their unique gifts to create an environment where our church can worship with passion and authenticity.

Auditions are the first step to joining this ministry, not as a barrier but as a way to help you find the right fit for your gifting, skill level, and comfort. And even if the Sunday morning stage isn’t your preference, there are many opportunities to serve in smaller settings—such as students, kids, prayer nights, special events, or acoustic environments—where your heart for worship can make a meaningful impact.

Production
The Production Team plays a vital role in creating a smooth, engaging, and distraction-free worship experience. This team manages all the technical elements that support what happens on stage—from lighting and sound to media and livestream. Serve opportunities include operating cameras on the broadcast team, shaping atmosphere through lighting, advancing lyrics and visuals as a slide deck/media operator, and helping mix audio as a sound engineer.

Every new volunteer begins with shadowing, allowing you to learn hands-on from our team and discover the role that fits you best. Whether you’re drawn to the tech side, the creative side, or both, production offers a behind-the-scenes way to make a meaningful impact every single week. Your attention to detail helps people connect with worship, hear the message clearly, and encounter Jesus without distraction.
Creative
Our Creative and Communications Team helps tell the story of what God is doing at Bethany through visual and written storytelling. This team captures moments, crafts messages, and communicates clearly so people feel connected, informed, and invited into what’s happening across our church.

Serve opportunities include photography, videography, writing and copywriting, along with occasional support for special projects and events.

Whether you love being behind a camera, shaping a message with words, or helping ensure information reaches people when they need it,  your work helps people take their next step, stay connected during the week, and see the impact of ministry in real time. Creatives make ministry visible—and your gifts can help bring stories of hope to life.
Security/Medical
If you have experience in security, medical care, or emergency response, your skills can make a meaningful difference on Sunday mornings and during events. Our Security & Medical Team helps create a safe, caring, and welcoming environment for every person who walks through our doors.

Whether you’re monitoring the campus, responding to needs with calm professionalism, or offering medical support when it’s needed, your presence provides peace of mind for guests, families, and volunteers. If you’re willing to use your training, gifts, and talents to serve others in this vital behind-the-scenes ministry, we’d love to connect with you.
